This is very similar to what happened a few months ago, but worse.

Last night there was some improvement but far from sorted. The same goes for DL+ time - I actually did not finish my DL and it should have finished easily. Only two hours managed to DL at close to full line speeds

Hopefully the engineers will be working on it and have it sorted soon as this has been dragging on

Come on WA please sort out your capacity issues - either get more bandwidth or go back to last month's cap when things worked so much better

Buffering at 144p on 4mb business account. Peaking at 30KB/s. Massive packet loss in skype and games. 3 nights in a row after 7pm

Can you test again tonight, the Engineers has tweaked some changes.

Running a DL now - it started at 100% line speed and withing a minute was slowing and running at about 1/3rd line speed now with moments at 50% speeds so no real improvement sadly

Update - after a few minutes it is now back to full line speed

Update 2 - a few more minutes and now running at 50% of line speed

Update 3 - a few more minutes later and had gone up to about 75% but now back to 50%

A roller coaster ride at best. It used to run pretty much at full speeds about +95% of the time, so still a long way to go to get back to what it used to be like

My experience as well. I'm going to go another month with WA, simply because it's less hassle, before switching to CW. They need to get their portal sorted first.

This has to be capacity related as Wingnut stated a few posts ago. They either need to get more capacity from IS or go back to the caps they had last month.

I had a similar issue a good few months ago and it was sorted; this time around - for me - it has been since the start of this month

This morning in DL+ hours is the first morning this month where the line has performed as it should have. I hope this is a sign of what lies ahead.

So, DL+ was great today and seemed back to normal. (I just hope I am not speaking too soon!!)

Just tried to do a speed test and my connection is currently so borked that even speedtest.net timed out:



I appreciate the data upgrade but right now I'd much rather have it the way it used to be...
