On 384 Telkom line
Been using the account mostly for browsing -- tried to download a set of drivers from DELL last night
Wonders of Wonders -- download is showing 3-7 kbs -- that is like dial up speed.
Manged to get my new DELL 5530 Mobile Broadband card working after waiting for TWO hours for the driver download :erm::twisted:
Instant 150kbps on Vodacom HSDPA
Then I was able to download more drivers and got the new INTEL 5300 WiFi card working.
Steady 40kbps on the Telkom account ( which is connected to the WiFi subnet )
( Where are you Telkom -- I need to give you a hug and a kiss -- you have NEVER let me down)
Waited unitl 01h30 to see if things would improve on the WA account -- went up to about 12 -13 kbps
SO -- PLEASE WA can you EXPLAIN

I'm quite happy with WA. They got our adsl line up in one week. Something Telkom couldn't do in two months.
