So I had 2 clients suspended services due to so called non-payment.
Their fault, or so I thought.
Then they send me a notice of none payment for one of my personal domains!
This is done, and has been for years, via debit order.
Well if you think WA support was bad - you have no idea how bad and worse Gridhost is.
I was on that line (they don't even tell you how far you are in the queue) for over an hour!
I kid you not. I gave up. Their support sucks, sub zero, totally useless.
Luckily I only use their DNS and no hosting. Moving DNS records to AfriHost strait away.
