Been having problems with our hosting & email today - Hetner (any chance that these are in the same data centre?)

Symptoms experienced: Packetloss and high latency to servers hosted in the CPT datacentres.
Cause of problem: MTN is investigating
Estimated time of repair: TBA
Additional information: The problem is as a result of a cable break near Cape Town and is affecting all traffic in and out of Cape Town. Telkom engineers are attending to the problem.
Attending: MTN Business and Telkom Engineers
