Hey guys... i'm hoping someone could help me out with this and give some suggestions.

We looking for a open source Web based application that we can use as a pass2word safe within our company, for storing passwords for our servers and other network devices.

the application must be able to insert the password into clipboard for copying and pasting of passwords, another thing i would really like is if the application supports ssh keys almost like pageagent.

Google Documents and a spreadsheet :D Dont get much more secure than Google.

something about entrust confidential data on the interwebz is something I don't exactly feel comfortable with just yet

I feel the same. It's ok for personal stuff I reckon but not for a company.

Why not rather use a central password authentication tool like provided by radius, MS domain controller etc.?
