Web browsing issue on Afrihost and Telkom line

Hi there,
This is my last resort as I cannot figure out what the problem is.

For the past 3 days I have had limited connectivity. I can access most websites but not all. It is not specifically secure websites or international.

Yesterday I was able to get google results in a flash, but when I click on any results it would take forever or not connect at all. http://www.speedtest.net is an example of a site that will not load. And http://www.godaddy.com

Drop Box cannot establish a secure connection either.

I have a 1 meg Telkom line with a capped account from Afrihost (with plenty of bandwidth left). Telkom have reset my ports and Afrihost say there is no problem with my account.

Hey,

I have a 10MB Telkom line with capped AH account and I haven't noticed any issues the last few days *knock on wood*. Maybe there some infrastructure upgrades going on in your area? Or maybe the exchange is over crowded.
