we're looking for someone to upgrade our company website.
our current site is just a form with some "contact us" information.

We need a simple 4 - 6 pager
nothing too fancy or outlandish.

"who we are, what we do, our team, contacts , yadda yadda"

the usual.

site must have a professional appearance.
Nothing that's template based.

PM me if interested.
We're in Midrand

What is your existing artifacts? Do you already have wireframes or lo-fi designs? Or are you expecting the designer to come with those as well during the two days? Or are they just expected to "make it professional" with infinite come backs are change requests?

Well excuse me for trying to make the requirements clear and giving those involved an aligned understanding of whats going to be delivered. I'll just have my own standups with hookers and booze. :) :)

omg now he is an agile UI developer as well :/

does scrum master == pm? it can i guess, but it doesn't have to be

It shouldn't. I just used PM first to check reaction. As PM's are almost universally hated. SM's at least seems to still intrigue developers somewhat so we aren't hated that badly.

When performing the role at 100% the needs and expectations of a PM is opposed to that of a SM, so any company that asks for a PM/SM role are really clueless. Fast and easy way to figure out that you don't want to work for them.

lol i don't think a good pm should be hated, the way you view a pm imo is why people hate them that you deem they should be opposed to the needs and expectations of a sm, imo they should largely be aligned. i do however agree that generally pm's are hated.
