Web designer needed...

Hi Guys,

At long last I have some funds available to set up a website I've been working on, on and off for about a year. I need someone who will be able to build me a custom designed website with the following:

The website will need a database to keep registered user's log-in passwords.

The home page needs to be able to run a hosted video on the front page.

There will be user pages for the registered users, where they can upload pictures, add/edit prices as well as have a description of them on this page
with their details and so on.

It needs a custom search function for the non-registered users to be able to browse the registered user's profiles and pictures by means of description.

And a maintenance page where I can manage the user accounts, either by removing some of their pictures or suspend their registration where by it will remove all their details from the search function. But this should be able to be reversed once the suspension is lifted.

No particular deadline. I want it perfect before launching it. However it can't take a year
Currently I have about R 10k spare I can throw at it. But looking at getting away with about R 8k

That sounds quite reasonable. I'll mill it around in my head a bit and see if I have time available and maybe put in a bid for the work.
