Hi there

I need some info... I would like to do a Web designing course in PTA, online or correspondence?
Need to know what you people think is the best, the shortest and cheapest options?
Please help!!!!!:confused::confused::confused:

Why pay for it! Just get yourself an HTML book or manual and study it.

DIY!

It's not that difficult. There is more than enough people on myBB to advice you if you get stuck and there's google to do the rest.

You just have to pick a starting point (Personally, i pick ASP.Net because I do most of my work in Visual Studio anyway). And then you pick a random site that you want to make (Be it an online shop, or a facebook copy), and you try to make that.

It sounds like he's looking more towards web design rather than web development or application programming so a scripting language wouldn't be a great place to start.
I would start by doing some basic tutorials online as it might not even be worth doing a course. google 'html tutorials' 'html lessons', etc; there's plenty of content out there.

You're also gonna want to learn some basic graphic design, but for this, it might be worth attending a graphics design course. The 2 most commonly used programs by designers are Photoshop and GIMP (a free alternative).
