My company has about about 30+ websites with Hetzner which I find are very good, however, Webafrica offer more with better prices especially on the lower end of the scale. Hetzner have had hiccups in the last year or so, which I think is due to their quick expansion. This was the reason for me to take a look at Webafrica. The customer care at both companies are great, but I've found the support at Hetzner seems to have a better technical understanding when it comes to problems.
I've since dropped one of my 2 sites I was trying with Webafrica due to the slow responsiveness (don't confuse this with bandwidth. this is quick and reliable). I'm gonna give waroop a shout and maybe there's something which can be done. But I'm disappointed that after endless amount of support tickets to WA, they only find time to help out when I've posted something about them on mybroadband.
