Mr Web intact why dont you guys offer a 10mb/s connection.
Lesson 1Hi,
What will radio streaming do to my cap? Highveld 22k stereo. I guess its about 700mb a day?
So 3 GB lasts 4 days - guess I will have to listen to a local station. First I have to learn some of the other official languages :-(
Regards,
Murray
What is going to happen when I am over my 3 gig cap - will I still be able to browse/download the net at a throttled 64k? Am I going to billed for the megs I download/browse over my cap? Don't want to get a surprize at the end of the month.
Verizon's router to GWI connection? My friend is with another WISP, they also use verizon and his connection was fine.

fernandopires said:Some advice, After you implement the cap then you show allow more p2p and bittorent and you should increase the cap.
Web Intact
Can we have some clarification on whether there will be a cap (no more access) or a threshold (throttled access) when your limit is reached? I keep on getting confused when people talk about cap, as that means 'no more access' in my books.
I'll 2nd the 'request' for an increased 'threshold' to about 20-30GB![]()
run by techies and/or bean counters
Who does that leave to run a company?
The cleaning crew?![]()
No more part of this, my WAP (SENAO) blew upjust out of the warranty period by a matter of days
So, we are happily working on Vodacom 3G @ 19c / meg. Fast & reliable. No infrastructure costs (I bought my 3G HSDPA card second hand 18+ months ago for something like R750). OK, not all that cheap but "the pay as you go" works well for us = budget our usage and leave the P2P stuff for my buddies that own the Internet Cafe to download (they have an uncapped XXX YYY account especially for the purpose)

Sadly this is too close to the truth.
