Web interface for viewing incoming SMSs

Does VC have a facility where I can view an SMS sent to my number but not yet downloaded onto the phone ? Let's say in the case of a damaged sim, SMSs can't be retrieved until a replacement SIM has been obtained. That means authorisation code from the bank to allow creation of a beneficiary, etc. can't be accessed either

I dont think it would be financially viable to create a portal to view sms information sent to a number. A sim swap can be done very quickly.
