Just wondering what is used to code this site?

I see more and more websites have a similar look.

If one wanted to write a site that has a search function and a few (responsive) graphs
whats the easiest framework to use?

Something like tripadvisors.com new site or google when you search for a share price
that has that easy minimalist feel to it?
