Hi

What is the best web proxy to use?

Running on a MS Server not Linux

unfortunately my bossman does not want to use linux... so any ideas?

Not sure what your requirements are for your proxy but you can have a look at Untangle http://www.untangle.com/Re-router-Technology as an option.
