Hi All,
So thought that it was worth a mention.
I have been pretty vocal about how unhappy I was with CISP, decided to move to websquad and so far I am extremely impressed with the level of service I have received.
The first thing that really was above and beyond for me was that I was contacted by the websquad rep a couple of weeks ago offering me a VPN to use until I am moved across to them.
This was a BIG help in ensuring my connectivity was stable and wasn't something they had to do at all! BIG THANK YOU!
Then they ensured my new router arrived days before the swap was going to happen.
Susana Pillay at web squad is probably the best company rep I have ever dealt with! Polite, helpful, really goes the extra mile!
Anyway, I am now connected on web squad and if the network is anywhere near as good as the service, I am looking forward to an amazing experience!
