I've had terrible internet connectivity for quite a while now, multiple phone calls, eventually prompting me to
download pingplotter and take some screenshots showing the lag, packet loss and complete disconnection.
I open a ticket with Webafrica what was about 5 days ago.
This is the response I got - and when I went to reply to the ticket, it was gone.
I'm fed up with WA's BS - Can someone please recommend an ISP that is run competantly.
