Webafrica bad services system

I've been patient for a while now but this webafrica bad services system is getting me to a point of no return. I'm with them for 3 months and every month its a different lie and a different debit order issue first it was R399 a month then R599 a month and now its R849 a month without any notice... Every month it's a big problem getting my account paid. Money is in the bank but debit order is returning with insufficient funds??? I have enough to pay them 11years upfront but they send me a insufficient funds sms returning a failed debit order... bad service with their whatsapp chat system. You can't get hold of webafrica billing department, do they only have bots working there or is there someone that can resolve my account that is still on suspension.

1)
How do I cancel my service with Webafrica.

Need to give them 30 day notice.

2) Cancellation charges?
If there are any, you need to tell us who is your current provider [Fibre Network Operator?] .
Soon as this is known, you can now check if your provider qualifies for getting reimbursed switching over to "whisper voice" Afrihost *. Should you qualify, the rest of the process will need to take it's course.

3) @AfriNatic is your go to for support/technical and even a good chat guy.

4) Keep us updated on your journey, I have to warn you, many have tried the journey and never came back to tell us. We think they got taken by the "SNAP" o_O or just forgot their forum username/pass.
