Why are everybody trying to pull an iBurst these days?

@ Tera - that just sucks. Hope it can be sorted out.

One of the reasons I'm sticking to prepaid from Axxess - a bit of a schlepp to drive out for the voucher, but the peace of mind makes up for that.
 
You know what, I feel bad getting angry, I'd like to apologize for that, but enough is enough man! I don't even own this bandwidth I'm supposed to pay for, it was cancelled! !!!!!!!!

Please visit the forum link that you posted, as you will see I have replied there. I have also individually sent you a reply via your email.

Once again, I would like to sincerely apologize for the mix up. I have gone through your account personally and reversed the charge as you are 100% right, as you did not use the bandwidth.

I have also taken this up with the consultant who assisted you in the matter, whom now also understands clearly what you were asking of them as they misunderstood you completely.

On behalf of them I too would like to convey my utmost apologies as this will not be happening again.

ummm, dude - I can log into the control panel dsl.webafrcia.co.za and buy more prepaid on your account now!!!!!!!

the account password is different to the client login pass, so dont think anyone can do that
 
Yip, I am logged into the console as we speak, and have 30 Gigs just waiting to be purchased!!!!!!! :)
 
As I am still working on this query, please note that we will not let any purchases go through whilst we are still working on resolving this together with Teraside :)
 
I seriously think you're going overboard teraside or just having a bad day, I never have problems and when i do, i contact them (via e-mail) and they sort me out quick.

wamariet is my hero :) her super power is helping and sorting the problem out SUPER FAST :P
 
lol ya i realised i was trying to log on to the local and use saix n.s.
 
I give Teraside 1 hour and he'll post something nice about how Mariet and WA have sorted out his problems and he is happy again... R20 bet! :)

I get constant emails from Openweb asking/telling for payment. I even cancelled and asked to be removed from their systems.

STILL received a mail reminder for payment...JEEZ!!
