Hi all, hoping you all can help me.
I, in my ignorance, selected webafrica as my ISP Provider at the end of September. I was up and running on the 28th. I started to have issues immediately with an incorrect service plan being selected on my profile that wasn't what I ordered. It got worse from there. Since the 12th of Oct I've had no internet and noone would help me. Their whatsapp service is a joke. So I canceled today.
I'm aware of the cost of fiber installation. I'm willing to pay it and move on with my life, but they have also charged me a ridiculous cancelation fee of R1725. Can someone explain this logic with me? In their cancelation policy, it just states that they can charge me the fiber installation if I haven't been with them for 12 months... but this cancelation fee is ontop of that...
Any advice as to how to engage with this horrific company would be greatly appreciated.
