Hi all, hoping you all can help me.

I, in my ignorance, selected webafrica as my ISP Provider at the end of September. I was up and running on the 28th. I started to have issues immediately with an incorrect service plan being selected on my profile that wasn't what I ordered. It got worse from there. Since the 12th of Oct I've had no internet and noone would help me. Their whatsapp service is a joke. So I canceled today.

I'm aware of the cost of fiber installation. I'm willing to pay it and move on with my life, but they have also charged me a ridiculous cancelation fee of R1725. Can someone explain this logic with me? In their cancelation policy, it just states that they can charge me the fiber installation if I haven't been with them for 12 months... but this cancelation fee is ontop of that...

Any advice as to how to engage with this horrific company would be greatly appreciated.

Was this a new installation or you had Fibre prior to this?

Hello! It is a new installation, and I'm fine with paying for the fiber as ill still be using it, just from a different ISP, but they want to charge me with a cancelation fee - which is not in the terms and conditions, I've read the information about cancelations 4 times now. Also, because of the fact that they accidentally subscribed me two two fiber speeds and then billed me for both of them, they gave me a month free, which I'm going to hold them to, so I don't actually have to pay them for the next month (there needs to be a month in-advance cancelation, which I'm fine with, because as I have written down from them on whatsapp, I have a free month, anyway).
