Yip.. dead on my side too. Both the 30GB special account and 4mbps all in one account are dead. Using Afrihost as backup...

My clients are reporting email issues as well - mail servers are not responding, timing out..

Update: Mail seems to be working again

Currently, it only mentions a brief outage earlier in the day.

We experienced a brief outage on our ADSL network at 11:16 today.

Impact: Loss of connectivity on the WA ADSL network
Duration of outage: 2 mins

Cause: The outage was caused by a hardware failure that was detected by our monitoring systems and succesfully failed over to our backup systems. All services are fully functional and our engineers are further monitoring the network.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused as result of the outage.

There is no way that this mornings outtage was 2 minutes. It was at least 20 minutes - possibly closer to 30
