Webafrica - No speed upgrades??? After Openserve changes.

Anyone else here that had theirs automatically upgraded also noticed the same? Check your speeds, don't assume you have been automatically upgraded permanently. Seems that was just their technical glitch, now they'll make sure you chose the new package if you want your speed upgrade.

Mine was upgraded to 200/100 and this morning it was back on 100/50.
 
My 20/20 line was upgraded to 50/25 on Friday, only to find that I am now back to 25/25 for some reason. It would have been great if there was some communication from WebAfrica about this.
 
Just got home after a week away, saw that my 10mb/10mb is now ~25 up and down, but seems to fluctuate a lot more than it used to
 
After fighting with these morons on their pathetic WhatsApp support line to upgrade my account sooner from 50/25 to 100/20 as I had paid R969 for the month of March as I did not see why I would have to wait until April before they could change the package to R899 (100/20), and well they eventually did this to my surprise.

Well surprisingly again, I see today it's back down to 50/25Mbps and the web portal shows that I'm on the 100/20 (FUP Free) service. Go figure.

I honestly don't know who is running this **** show but it must be a circus there. Most incompetent useless AF company ever. Interestingly though the speed was running at 100/50 for most of the month so they can't even get their pathetic 100/20 offering to work correctly haha.
