WebAfrica - NO support

That's WebAfrica for you.
I used to be with them, their support and accounts department were the WORST.

Though... to be honest... I'd choose THEM over OpenWeb anyday... Thank goodness we have other ISP's! :D
 
was any action taken against staff who didn't respond or against the manager in charge of that unit?

Hi,

Our guys are battling high call volumes and ticket at the moment, hence we're hiring more staff and we've been posting on facebook and other channels. Nevertheless, sorry for the any delays and frustraion caused.
