i have been with WebAfrica close onto a year now , never had any complaints, 24hour support (actually had to call them at 2am b4) 
always helpfull and accomodative. I think i am sticking with WebAfrica this time

Local vs International
What I want is for an ISP to sell me an account, with unlimited usage, and bill me for my International usage separately from my Local usage.
Or something like a 10 Gig International only account and a 20 Gig Local only account At the ISP they can then separately account my traffic as either local or Int and then monitor my usage accordingly.
Is that too much too ask?

Well done OpenWeb. I was going to go back to 10GB next month after getting 30GB just for this month, but how can I now not stay on 30?

An idea or 2 to consider
Okay while I am glad you are already working on it is there perhaps no way of Webafrica selling you the code and you simply customise it according to your needs?
Another suggestion is you have a partnership with WA and call it OpenWebAfrica & what this does is it will generate traffic to WA's site but Openweb will get a % of the accounts sold [ie. I want a OWA account fast so I log onto WA's site and look for 40GB local and buy it instantly] ?
I am only suggesting these as come next week traffic will surely rise for those of us preparing to download alot [since alot off ppl going on holiday there will be some spare bw left] or are discovering that S.A has something called a CAP 
.
