Webafrica problem?

I have a Webafrica prepaid saix connection, and when I connect to my account, I get an ip address and everything, however Vista says no internet connection and hence can't browse or anything. Reconnect with IS local only, and it works fine, what gives? DNS and everything is all automatic, worked 100% when I switched between IS and Axxess pre-paid, changed from them because of the IS nonsense.

I'd phone up WA for some tech support. At least they answer their phones

Was sorted this morning by WA, the b/w was not added to my account by mistake after I did the payment.

I did, it was not activated by WA, it was a new account, switched from Axxess.

I think both companies are good, but prefer WA, just feels more inline with the customer.
