Hi All,

So it seems Webafrica/Rain are shaping their CAPPED lte accounts!!!!

Torrents during the day or peak times are useless! So is things like twitch!

However if I do a speedtest I get 35MB to 40MB down!

Super upset...

Why are service providers in SA so **** at providing services that they sell?!

Get actual factual, reproducible data and post it here. Then we can get pitchforks...

Isn't RAIN ex-iBurst?
I believe they are.
iBurst blocked torrents from their official launch in 2005 until the day they were reincarnated into this.
They still cling to their old mindset that the internet is just for surfing and emails.

It's really bugging me that I can't pinpoint whose clone you are...

Anyway, yes RAIN seem to be shaping the fixed LTE in regards to torrents, haven't tried Twitch lately but Twitch streaming has always been **** when I've tried to watch on any ISP.
