I was with them, they couldnt figure out why a 20MB fibre line was on 2MB or so AND that normal websites suffered. They replaced modems. I replaced them and.. Been Cool ever since.
For me, when things are fine, they are great. The problem is that if you need support, they are terrible and it really is the luck of the draw. To get someone capable is really hard and I think they are cutting corners wherever they can
Some areas seem to be a lot worse than others, so that can play a part with things.
Would I recommend to a friend - probably not.
Everytime I have had a service interruption I have battled to get it resolved. Africa only undertake to get back to you "usually in 48 hours". This excludes weekends and holidays and they do get back to you that's all they do. They routinely fail to escalate technical issues. Ultimately they are resellers and when they fail to escalate issues rigorously it is a dramatic failure.
