Order placed on 27 Feb 23 and installation done 17 Mar 23, note than 14 days. Their SLA says if installation exceed 14 days, R999 is credited to your account. Simple man reasoning says that this should apply, but Webafrica says no. The problem was on Vuma's side and they not responsible. Took me 3 days to get the above response. See their T&C attached.
Talking about installation was at wits end as I had to escalate t the National Sales Manager to intervene. They billed incorrectly for the wrong package, captured incorrect banking details and took no accountability.
