Is anyone else experiencing this ..

IM A NEW CLIENT. No internet service. No support. They have taken two months of fees already. I’ve been trying to contact WEBAFRICA consistently and repeatedly. I get put on hold and then told to go to their Whatapp line where I am promised a reply within 5 min. A whattsapp bot responds and then puts me on hold for sometimes up to 30 hours. I simply cannot get a hold of anyone that actually helps. I have been billed twice already and have no service or remedy to get service. I cannot cancel because then they want to charge nme over R 2800 installation fee which they will deduct off my account without permission.

@WebAfrica Helper hopefully you are still assisting on MyBB.

Having connection issues at my parent's house. Intermittently:

Loss of signal
No internet connection
Slow internet connection
Certain sites/services cannot be accessed (eg Netflix will work, Whatsapp calls don't)

This has happened 5 times in the past month since they got Fibre connected.

Please advise what you need to assist.
