Webafrica site down?

Same here. Was just about to ask. Thanks for the thread.
 
No prob. I'm just a bit worried because I've got a site hosted with them and I can access it fine from my pc, but my friend isn't able to and I can't seem to access it from my phone either.

Quite strange...

Webafrica you are systematically destroying every bit of goodwill left in your clientbase....
 
no its all f** up for me.

i have sites hosted with them all down.. all emails. everything.

no ping responses nothing. WTF
 
well i hope they are working on it....

Cus it looks like someone tripped over the cable.... because this is BS
 
well it seems to be up again.... but in that time i have had over 10 irate customers.
 
Well at least WA is open about any incidents.
The fact that their alerts are available on their homepage is a big plus in my book.

Agreed, just a pity you cannot get to it when their homepage is down, as in this case.
Perhaps they can add a twitter status alert channel so we resellers know in advance and can deal with customer issues on the front foot instead of being caught unaware.
