Hi.

My torrents on a Business 10mb line from webafrica are slower than my torrents were on my Mweb 4mb HOME line.

Any way to rectify this? Who do I move to? WebAfrica has not responded to me about upgrading to 40mb capped, waiting since the 18th April for this. No such luck.

Time to move...suggestions?

Yeah ive been having issues with my line for the past 3 weeks or so...i cant even get 2mb/s on my 4mb line from web africa despite countless calls made to them, sometimes the internet is just down fully and i have to wait untill it feels like working again.i dont know if changing ISP's will help
 
Any suggestions on who to move to?

The million dollar question.

CW seems to have been next in line but they also have their problems and, me, I like to speak to someone face to face (so to speak) not via chat. What if the line's down?

Let's see which ISP others suggest.

Same issue, seems each day it gets slower, earlier. My 4Mbps Business Uncapped slowness usually started here 5PM......today it started at 1PM and when I swap to the Free 1Gig account my games are smooth again. Logged a call and they seem to be "investigating" it but nothing is being done. Seems that I will move to another ISP at the end of the month due to lack of effort/support. I mean it's not like I'm torrenting.....it's my gaming that has a 400ms ping and that is local....
 
Think its an issue with the exchange and not so much webafrica...mine had gotten sorted out this morning at full 4mb/s speed which was only synching on their side at 1.2mb/s only to be getting 0.35 mb/s now...i did call in again and it is synching at 4mb/s on webafricas side. Depends on your area and the exchange you're on which telkom is having issues with right now

maybe that is your issue but not mine, as i stated, when i swap to the free 1gig account of WA there's no more issues.....

edit: guess its time to move on....
 
Ah true that i actually havnt tried the guest account i should check it out, i just dont remember how to?lol what is the username and log in for it if you dont mind?
