We have a fibre line installed by a installer and web africa has taken owneship of the line even though i didnt have a fibre account with webafrica. ( Asked for proof and cannot supply )
I ask them to release and they stating i need to pay for the installation. The installer put the wrong address on the otp and details as well.
Who can i contact as this is being going on for more then a month. We whatsup emailed and phoned and everytime just get pushed aside.
All i need is them to release the line so my isp can take ownership (Cool Ideas is the Isp )
Any assistance will be greatfull
