The short and long story, upgrade from adsl to fiber 3 months back (web africa)

The last week, my torrents are hitting max 10kb/s (nothing has change (24/7)

What can I check ?

Change ISP. I moved from Webafrica 2 ISP's ago and I have no regrets at all.
