Webafrica whatsapp response time

I'm helping someone out with their line, I've been waiting for a response for more than 1h30m on the whatsapp line. I'm aware WA has something of reputation, but is this typical?

Very typical. You'll be lucky to chat to a human before close of business.

Sometimes their response time is measured in days. (though I think that was for their emails)

That's pretty bad.

I phoned their telephone line as well, given a message that their "whatsapp support line is lightning fast with responses within 5 mins!".

Now counting nearly 2 hours awaiting response.

do they give you an automatic reply when you first message them? that's probably the lightning fast answer they are talking about.
