Webafrica?

Does anybody know if there is a way to speak to a person at Webafrica? essentially their support is all chat bot, no telephone numbers?
 
Honestly the best thing you can do is leave them. I have been with WA for over 5 years, but they have become shocking with support and their infrastructure especially. When you leave they will have one of their "retention specialists" court you, but honestly not worth it. I moved over this month to Afrihost (now all my accounts are in one place hosting, fibre and data).

Hopefully Afrihost do not let me down as well then I'll switch to CoolIdeas. But anyway, switch NOW!
 
Phone them and select sales. That's the only way you'll get a response / someone to talk to.
 
Leave them. I upgraded in August and I'm supposed to be on 50 Mbps upload but am still only on 5 Mbps up. I have dealt with about 10 customer service agents, all who promise to sort it out of course, yet nothing is done.

So full of promises. Just a bunch of BS and lies. No callbacks, nothing.
