Is there a WebAfrica rep on the forums? If so they might be interested to see the attached comments. Seems like customers really don’t like AI support (doesn’t appear to work?). This is the kind of thing that makes people change providers so … heads up! Perhaps your management should be made aware of this.IMG_8785.jpeg
 
Hilariously their (and mwebs) forum reps all of a sudden jumped to life last week. Turns out they were just bots and the company had no interest in doing any real work to help people. Webafrica are a pathetic company and I get the feeling that management sit around on Fridays over beer in a circle jerk congratulating themselves because if they never acknowledge the problems - they can pretend they don't exist. Lekker company ethos.

 
Ha! Everyone knows you can't even cancel with them so they got nothing to worry about :ROFL:
