Yes I also have a complaint about webafrica, they don't have a online CUSTOMER SERVICE department, you don't get your invoices, emailed to you anymore, and they have a ROBOT on WHATSAPP for you to communicate with, where are the humans as I am a HUMAN NOT a ROBOT and when you do send a email to the complaint department all they say is that is how they work now and you don't get any NOTIFICATIONS about the EXTRA money put on your account and when you were a day late to pay your bills there is no access to it????? Since this year I was alright with them now in the last 3 to 4months I have had nothing but problems with webafrica and they end up making you leave to find another SERVICE PROVIDER to join and that is what I am going to do.

Tired of reading this, like the above dudes said, it's everywhere and the funny thing is, you okes will still support the big guys. Why not come and hand your number in and become someone ;) Support small ISP's we love you long time when big guys don't.... Hahaha

Which small one do you recommend. As soon as I have issues will then switch.

I run a small Wisp in the east of Pretoria I do fibre but I only make like 5-10% yes it's that bad. Hopefully one day I can peer and do big ISP stuff. But there are the guys from Websquad and Mind the speed, so yea, here is to hoping of becoming a good name in the industry a title been held by the bigger guys faar too long.
