Yes I also have a complaint about webafrica, they don't have a online CUSTOMER SERVICE department, you don't get your invoices, emailed to you anymore, and they have a ROBOT on WHATSAPP for you to communicate with, where are the humans as I am a HUMAN NOT a ROBOT and when you do send a email to the complaint department all they say is that is how they work now and you don't get any NOTIFICATIONS about the EXTRA money put on your account and when you were a day late to pay your bills there is no access to it????? Since this year I was alright with them now in the last 3 to 4months I have had nothing but problems with webafrica and they end up making you leave to find another SERVICE PROVIDER to join and that is what I am going to do.
