When are you going to offer uncapped?

Come on WA!
COME ON!

Of all the companies out there, I can't wait for your offering!

Do what you have to do...

WAmatt and WAroop are failing to see one important point...many many people are looking to there response to these prices cause they
want to stay with WA.I am with WA and want to stay with them, but I will be a fool if I pass a uncapped offering from Afrihost or MWEB
....come on WA,customers want you but not your prices.

I've had my problems with their service... biggest problem I've had is they seem to only want to help once you drag your problems out into the public (ie this forum) - but I still supported them.

Now with all this nasty talk and looking at their crystal ball bull about how all the good data offerings are going to turn bad, boo hoo in three years WAMatt says you will all be back on dialup and begging him for your 70 rand per gig account back, I don't know what to think...

Look, WA got it right with the 199 for 30gb offering - I don't need uncapped and would be more than happy with that - but hey, they wouldn't allow me and hundreds of others on it, even though someone who I told about special, and who applied after me, actually got it. This whole defensive marketing thing they are running on this forum is really just alienating a lot of people. They really just need to man up or shut up. Offer people the best deal out there or face the consequences. It's that simple.

Nah, once you get over the whole uncapped thing, you only download what you need...Ask anyone overseas...People here just want it badly because its like a forbidden fruit, because having lots of cheap bandwidth feels like having or saving lots of money, and it's not meant to be that way. Bandwidth is meant to be just that - bandwidth - not currency. ***** telkom for skewing our perspective.

You don't pay per liter for your water, and yet you don't leave the taps running in your house...because if you download more than 50gb per month chances are you will never watch half of it or you spend 6 hours a day in front of your tv, in each case, you are just wasting.

True. 50 gb a month is more than enough for me. Hell half that is fine by me.

*dons flame suit*

Problem now is those that download 100gb+ of stuff will never use most it, they just download it because they can. Because of them we now sit with shaped accounts so on the odd day if I want something off rapidshare I can't get it because it's shaped to death.
