i sent a pm on saturday - with a link to a thread in the fibre section (terrible speed - about 40megs on a 100meg line), your office has not been of much help over the last week either.

i moved the 4 100meg accounts to a different isp after lunch today
 
There service has been bad of late. They boast they will respond within 2 hours of opening a ticket. Both occasions now , they dont even respond with 24 hours.

Their service is, was and probably always will be non-existent. The WA rep here is your only hope.

There is something wrong with my connection and with the DSL console.
The DSL console shows no movement since 3 days ago.
And my connection is dog slow.
When I switch back to my Afrihost backup account then all is normal on my 10 mbps ADSL line.

Hi Guys,

Our dev team are working on a fix for the DSL console and we should have it sorted shortly.
