Webcam suggestions

I'm looking into buying a webcam for my PC. I don't plan on spending much more than R350. Is there a specific brand a should stick to or a specific camera you know is a good piece of hardware? I tend to look towards Logitech when it comes to hardware like this. Any suggestions?

PS - Is it possible to buy a HD 720p webcam?

Thanks a lot. The Logitech C300 looks like a very good choice. I wouldn't care to have the Logitech Pro 9000 HD Camera, but it's slightly out of my budget

Yeah it is. Best quality out of the budget cams. And the software is nice and easy too.
