Webmail - the most useless email in the world!!!

u can have a mail account service that is 20gigs in size meaning that it can store mail equaling out to 20gigs, but your attachment size is limited to mb's, the most I have seen is gmail with 20mb.. so u cant email 20gigs!

The rep is talkn crap..

The whole mailbox is only 20MB in size, check again. I checked before posting previously and it still said only 20MB.

pop you account onto your computer using an email client (pop3 seetings: mail.webmail.co.za, i think??)--you will not see ads then. But, hey spare them a thought, they are providing a ad-based service, albeit in your face.
 
Webmail sorted heir noncense out, they've upgraded last week and everything is now working fine. I also had my email address for about 8 years and i am not going to change, they really upped their service, give it another try.
 
I changed to gmail when it was still in beta and ditched the webmail account completely. It will stay that way. :)

i have to use when times are bad at the end of the month... LOCAL CAP YEAH!

what i cant take is the small file size you're allowed to send... and the amount of time it takes to load the files... its been a while since I used webmail so that mightve been my internets fault:P
 
I used Webmail when I travelled overseas in 2000/2001, it was great then. Nowadays I just use it as a spam-trap, or when I have to give out an email to a site I don't trust won't spam.

I use Gmail now, I really like the way their web interface works, and how I can download mails that I have sent via the web interface, using the pop address.
