I know this has been mentioned many times before but I just can't resist going on a rant.

WEBMAIL YOU SUCK!!!!!

Since yesterday every time outlook does a send/receive it asks me about 15 times for my password. Keep clicking ok and I get my mail. F&*K! It is so annoying!

How useless are these clowns? Why do they even bother??? I have had endless sh*t with them, now and again they like to deactivate my account. It then takes a week to get hold of them to get them to reactivate it.

If you can't do something right DON'T DO IT AT ALL! I am slowly moving all my emails and the people who email me to another address. I can’t take this anymore. If only I had known how cr@p they were before I opened my account.

I got that to.. Outlook asking for the password all the time. and almost all mail coming in is spam. Now I don't use the account anymore.
 
Not only do their email suck, their website looks pathetic, its slow AND their ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS ARE A RIP OFF. They are only good at one thing and that is ripping off their advertisers.
 
I think the only real use of their email system is to send the odd anonymous email here and there.

Not was my account disabled several times, and consistent password problems, they eventually deleted my account, which was still active and being used, without warning and any valid reason. Thankfully I had copies of those mails.

I even once mailed them, before the days of Gmail and cheap hosting, and said I am willing to pay monthly for an email account, if they are willing to provide a better, add free service--I was totally ignored--not that I'm surprised.
 
Everytime I try log in to my webmail it asks me to enable cookies,try a second time and it works!
It takes ages to receive mail,I sent the same mail to my gmail account and webmail at the same time and webmail took 10min to arrive.Gmail almost instant...
 
Webmail seems to be an advertising space for Spammers - most notably our local IT distributor!!!!!!!!!
 
Ok well how funny is this and proves how useless these retards are - I didn’t get ONE not ONE email notification that this thread had been replied to.

I bet there are tons of emails I am not getting. Sigh so useless.
 
I don't get a few things, if it's so bad why use it. What's so bad about a 20GB (or even 7324 MB) email limit?

Because when I singed up for it a few years ago firstly I had no idea how CR@P they were, and secondly they actually weren't this bad.

As for not using it, yeah easy but everyone I know as well as all forums and newsletters etc etc use my webmail address. Its almost like changing your cell phone number, a pain in the ass.

The mailbox limit doesn't effect me because I only use it via outlook.
 
I have a webmail account. Not even spam ... like porn registration (only 1 site ...1.5 {Okay this extra one only counts as half}) reaches my webmail account.

Webmail truly is k@k.

Thats the same problem I have.I have ALL my accounts etc registered there and I have had the address for around 6-8 years I think.Changing the address would be such a hassle.*sigh*
 
I have deleted my one account, good riddance!

My other more important acc I am moving all my regs etc to another email account.

Good riddance to bad rubbish. Such a pity becasue I have such a sweet email name. :(
 
Hey guyz,

use GMAIL rather. POP the webmail account into GMAIL; send emails from GMAIL account--all your contacts (regulars) will pick up that you are using a gmail account--without even knowing it.

When using using local only--most ISP provide an local email account--so in GMAIL forward all new incoming mail to this ISP email account--then setup outlook/Mail using this local account; make sure you have set reply to (your GMAIL account)-
You are then all set,

I did mean 20GB (Gigabyte) .....
spoke to one of their reps the other day & he confirmed they up'd it to 20Gb after gmail apparently up'd to 10GB :rolleyes:
he said if someone mails me a 20GB file, they will let it go through :confused:

Agree with you on that!

I don't even use my webmail acc when int is finished, I'd rather suffer with a small screen on my phone using opera mini to access gmail then to ever use webmail..
