I can recommend : The Right Mind Multimedia, they have really good graphic designers. Check out their portfolio. They do flash and non-flash stuff that will really set your site apart from the rest.
For hosting, I've shopped around alot, but I still stick with Digiserv.biz. Fantastic uptime, very fast, brilliant support, very good pricing.

You could of course go with one of the local free hosting companies (what ever 'free 'means), but i would question their after sales service and uptime.

Sadly all they did for you was give you a Joomla Template. They didn't even bother to remove the Template Design Company's name from the Footer. Gavick is a well known Joomla Template Creator. Hopefully you didn't pay to much.
