Hi Guys and Girls,
I'm hoping someone here will be a bit more helpful than Mwebs helpdesk. We have a client that has two domain names, for the purpose of explaining we will call them domainA.co.za and domainB.co.za. For a few years they have had domainA.co.za which was just for the purpose of getting emails. Recently they had someone that designed a website for them with the name www.domainB.co.za, what they are wanting is when someone types in www.domainA.co.za that the website in www.domainB.co.za is displayed. All these things are currently hosted by Mweb on Mwebs servers, we have confirmed the relevant records are pointing to the correct IPs but we get an error page when loading www.domainA.co.za. We have logged into the Cpanel for domainB.co.za as per instructions from Mweb but can't see anything about headers to include domainA.co.za.
Does anyone have a clue as to what Mweb is talking about or how to fix it?
