I have a couple of clients that use iBurst.
I need to login to the iBurst website to check their usage and what not but
more often than not, I receive:

Login error

Apologies an error has ocurred during login.

Please try again later or call client services on 0877 20 20 20


Using FF. Have tried other browsers but to no avail.

Any ideas iBurst? Is it on your side or my side?
 
This happens with different usernames.

The weekend, I was using iBurst and could login with no problems. Used Firefox.

But from ADSL connection, does not work.
 
Do you have an account directly with iBurst, or is it through a reseller. I had 2 accounts through a reseller (Tradepage), and very often used to get the login errors you mention. Sometimes it would be just 1 account, sometimes both. But almost never could I log into both accounts on the same day.

I have a feeling the problems are related to iBurst accounts bought from a reseller. Very frustrating indeed!
 
My clients buy their own accounts through iBurst.

Not a reseller. Strange problem but I'm starting to think, it's an iBurst issue.

I'm gonna try IE.
 
Nope IE does not work.

Even if you use an incorrect password. Still the same error message.

Anyone else except ToxicWazte experiencing problems?
 
You'll also find that the package migration login NEVER works.

I get locked out of bandwidth usage too, mostly on weekends, and I deal directly with iBurst. Funny enough, if i try to log in from a non-iburst internet connection it usually works...
