Website taking forever

Hi

I didn't know where to post website problems, but can anyone please help out.

When my connection is running fine and spped is 100%, newsserver max and so forth. I'm having problems with one website.

It loads but takes for ever to load the "more spot prices" on your right hand side"

1) is it my connection or is the problem on their side (they dont reply)

Because http://www.sharenet.co.za/ is local, the link to "more spot prices" is on http://www.sharenetonline.co.za/ which is not local.
