Hi All,

Is there a way to see which sites were visited from a 3G card?

Thanks

The log files are normally nice as most users don't know about them or how to delete them.

Had a case a while ago where a guy bought a 500M bundle and went way over, R3K bill in first month. Obviously claimed he never used the data, so eventually I looked at the machine.

And all seemed OK, no funny software, viruses, etc.

Till I looked in the FW logs. Every night ~ 8PM, Limewire got installed and then un-installed the next morning. In between MP3's are downloaded at a mean rate.

Obviously found the teenager in the household who 'borrowed' his dad's laptop in the evening and then did the install / de-install thing to download music without his dad knowing about it! :)

Haa haa - crafty kid. With a little bit of training he'll probably make a good computer techie one day :p

There are a number of linux based router/firewall systems that are available these days. These can replace your normal broadband router and provide very comprehensive statistics using some open source software and some old PC hardware.

True :)

Years, ago, in the early nineties, I one day got an e-mail out-of-the-bue from a person who's hacked my Sun servers and gave me the root passwords.

I promptly employed him and today I still rate him as the best programmer I've ever met.
