True.... but I'd feel like a very big idiot if a)I made my name dumb-**** by falling into a wet situation like that and b)I fell into a wet situation like that with quite a few grand's worth of camera equipment.

I'm not sure how people manage to look so concerned in these situations. I'd have ruined the wedding by laughing if he hadn't ruined it already :D
 
Why is there a fountain/water feature in that position? Pretty stupid place to put a water feature.
Also, why is there a water feature in a church? I've never seen that before.

Quite a few actually, some of them are used for baptising.
 
That 'tog was shooting with high-end equipment so nothing will happen to either the equipment itself or the pics.
Weather sealing FTW!

I was shooting in pouring rain for over an hour with my Canon 7D with 24-105 f4 L lens attached and nothing happened except a few drops of rain on the front element that needed cleaning every so often.

I can understand if the bride was smoking hot but this was just an epic fail.
