So my sister wants to get Married before the end of September. It is her second marriage, so she wasn't really up for the planning it for years and spending a small fortune type of thing. Just for team spirit, she said here’s some cash, organise it! So we have an amateur, a budget and a deadline. She still wants a nice wedding though. They have decided that they would like a wedding in the bush somewhere. For about 40-60 guests.

My problem is that I am really struggling to find a bush Venue around PTA/JHB that caters for that amount of people (i.e. smallish venue) and that doesn't rape you on price.

Does anyone maybe have some recommendations/suggestions?

Does it have to be in the bush? Reason I ask is that because you have such a short time until the wedding, you can get some huge discounts at places that havent sold a date yet.

So you can get a really cracker wedding at an expensive place for 30 - 50% discount.
