Sorry - another suppliment thread :)

I've read through a few posts about usn/evox/universal weight loss supplements and from the general replies when used in conjunction with a good eating/exercise plan they work wonders.

I'm busy looking at the evox range - from what I've read usn gets a lot of negative remarks - and have downloaded the catalog.

Where do I start - there's lean pro, cla, synery whey, shakes, hydrocuts etc etc etc. The cla+hydrocuts look like the way to go (I think) (I want to loose 7-10 kgs in 6 months) - how do I know which products to get?

Any advice would be great, before I go to the shop and the guy sells me R500 of junk I don't need.

if your goal is to lose 7-10kgs in 6 months. Save your money and just buy a good multi-vit. I'd suggest the animal pak (comes in a can with neatly packaged vitamins for each day)

It should contain 60 packets. I use 1 a day so 2 months would cost you +- R350.

Just by exersize and eating right with the multi-vit you should lose between 7-10kg in the first 3 months.

Good luck

I was also wondering if evox products are any good

this sounds like it would work for someone who's very overweight or slightly overweight but what if you're trying to break the body fat percentage that prevents a clear six pack?

Dude weight loss products are mostly rubbish. The only thing you should look for is fat burners and exercise + eat well.

Biogen phenadrine are pretty insane fat burners.

Have used USN, didnt work so well. Was bloated with their meal replacement / weight loss shake and farted like a trooper on that stuff. changed to Evox and its waaaay better. No bloating and no gas!

I use Lean Pro as a snack between meals. Works like a charm! ;)

I want to try evox for a change but I KNOW phedra cut works...so not sure what to do

are those milkshakes ANY GOOD AT ALL for losing weight, or is it only for gaining muscle?

pitbull you know a lot - help me out man, I wanna get my body into shape

Shakes are not for losing weight ;)

When you are choosing weight loss pills it is necessary that you choose weight loss pills that don't affect your body adversely. You will have to check the ingredients that are there in the pills or supplements. Some of those ingredients affect different people differently.

take up some sort of gym or muay tai thing.
or you can take laxatives......:D
just saying LOL.

Evox products are good. BUT, there's NO substitute for exercise/training. You can drink all the shakes in the world, but if you don't adapt your diet along with some exercise... Well... Then I'm afraid you will not see results.

Good luck! ;)

Ok so anyways i have found the best fat burning solution on the market.

Grand pa powder. One as you wake, one for lunch and one just before 5. Take them with milk

How safe this is i have no idea but works really well.

They contain caffeine, which accelerates the metabolism (Should be about 20-50mg). Plus the painkilling effect will also assist in training hard.

That being said, its a epicly bad idea.
  • Stomach ulcers in record time
  • Addictive
  • Huge liver load. Maybe hepatitis.
  • Interaction with all sorts of sht. Esp NSAIDs.
  • Increases risk of pretty much bad medical thing you can think of

Please rather drink 3x cups of coffee. Painkillers & anti-inflammatory meds are absolute last resort cause they all come with hardcore risks & side-effects.

I've got practically no fat....genes here, but I can't loose that fatty stuff around the abs....and I love beer....

Gaining muscle = losing weight ;)

If you want to lose weight stick with hi-carb low fat diet and do lots and lots of cardio. That way you will lose weight ;)

1 beer = almost 1 white bread's carb value (or so I've heard)

Carbs doesn't make you fat, well if you take lots of it and don't excersize yes but carbs don't make fat. It's a common misconception ;) Beer makes you bloated not fat and it has nothing to do with the carbs :p
