Weight loss supplements - Evox

Depends on the person pit, some people don't get fat on beer and some people do.

I got fat from beer while my father who drank beer everyday never gained an ounce. Same as some people can eat loads of rubbish and not put on weight while someone else will pack on the kg's.

I can tell you though 21 days of animals cuts and cardio burnt off so much fat i was amazed, 700 bucks but F me it works.

Cardio is the biggest key to losing weight. And to make sure you have the energy for lots of Cadio, take in carbs. I have seen many people skip on Cardio and only do weights in the gym, then they cry when they get no results :p
 
Yeah Pit, I hear you... Was indirectly revering to people consuming carbs (like beer) and not utilizing it by means of exercise. But then again, take me as an example... I can eat as much as I like, whenever I like, drink as many beers as I like ect. and I just don't gain any weight. My weight gain comes from lean muscle mass obtained from hitting the gym together with the correct diet and supplements.

On the flip side... My father looked like me when he was my age... And now... Well.. Let's just say things have changed :D

pretty much the advice others are giving, just cut back slightly on what you are eating now and try to reduced fatty foods and excess carbs/alcohol.
plus there's no easy route, you just have to exercise. Running works pretty well. I found that a nice run a few times a week plus some rowing at the gym and weight work outs get the metabolism rocking.
 
Taking a weight loss supplements is a good solution to lose the excess pounds of fats from the body. But that doesn’t mean that this supplement alone can reduce your weight, along with pill you have to do some physical exercise and also should divide your meals into 6 instead of 3 which should include fresh fruits and vegetables. Ensure to purchase pills of reputable brands.
 
If you just want to lose 1 - 1.5kg a month then you shouldn't bother about supplements. Adjust your diet and start running and you will easily lose those few kilos.
